Prefect Hawashi, his wife, their children and their servants and guard Various merchants who work this river and their crews.

Illanador - Captain of the Guard: Medium build, black hair, blue eyes. Wears a suit of undecorated shining armor and a exceptional longsword.

Bentharr - Protege of Illanador. Medium height, black hair, grey eyes. Generally dresses well, and nearly almost has his sword with him. Attempted to foil the assasination attempt but was foiled by the party. Later Exalted into a Dawn Caste and was killed by the characters.

Raman, fang leader: Medium build, black hair, blue eyes.

Prefect Tammanah: An old man, bald except for white tuffs of hair around his ears. He tends to wear long robes of various pastel colors, but his kindly old face makes him look well. His robes of office are the darker shades, usually blue-brown or grey.

Prefect Tatatshwhan: Looking like his father, only younger, shaggy brown hair and good looks. Has light blue eyes, like his father.

Lady Malena is a westerner. Her skin is golden bronze, with seaweed green hair. Her delicately shaped body combined with her sure, steady way of holding herself is attractive, even to those who are borderline xenophobes. The light clothing she wears complements her beauty rather than detracting from it. Her companions, her family and their servants and guard also attend.

Captain Heral of the Home Guard has deep bronze skin, and dark green eyes. His rusty-red hair is nearly dark enough to be bronze as well, but it clearly is not. His body is well toned, but not too muscular - he is also quick, and looks common enough to not warrent a third glance.

Menemon Finias: Your average, unremarkable realm bloke. Good at gateway.

Aykia: A young girl of the realm. Her waist-length red hair is unusal here, but she is proud of it. Although only a servant, she does her work in the kitchens well. The servant attire of light blue with a gold sash works well with her complexion.

Mary: A very young peasant girl with shoulder-length blonde hair.

Livian: Around 17 years of age. A pretty face, though nothing shocking. The girl next door, her long blonde hair is braided into a ponytail. She dresses well, and knows just how to move in order to attract attention to where she wants it, and distract attention from where she doesn't.

Rebecca: About the same age as Livian, she has straight red hair and a chocolatey brown skin tone. She is very slim, and incredibly attractive.

House Representatives

V'neef is a dignified woman. Her hair is long and bark-brown worn braided down her back. She is slender and unusually short, wearing simple, silken gowns of various colors.

Cynis Falen is an old woman, but it has not dulled her mind. Her hair changes colors regularly, due to a strange fascination with dyes - currently it is blue. Her dark hazel eyes take everything she sees in, and despite the fact that she is obviously aging, her body is yet fit and lean.

Mnemon Juniper is a young girl. She is very, very, pretty. Black hair flows to her waist in several brains, sharply consisting with her soft skin tone and succulent (I get to use the word succulent! :D) curves. She has deep, dark green eyes.

Sesus Magel Ramora

Islesi Romera: A tall, normal Realm man.

Ledall Kian: A medium sized man, blood from a spirit has ended up giving him a deep sparkling purple hair.

Peleps Febaris

Feather Slits through the Rain: Obviously male, yet definately not human. 6'0 with white feathers inlaid in his body. He is white like snow, but you could see through him like glass. wind blows widly around him, and he can fly.

Puuhda: looks mostly like a very round white rabbit with broad ears, big hind legs and small grasping forepaws. He moves by hopping on his rear legs, it looks mostly like a bouncing ball but can propel him quite quickly. Sometimes he flaps his ears like wings if he needs to jump farther.

Cynis Falen Ari (Air aspect): Ari is without a doubt, a beautiful woman. She's tall and slender, with white hair that falls down to her waist. She's also the fiancee of cathak Vanal, despite seemingly being his antithesis. Where he's relativly subtle, she's flamboyant, where he's sedate, she's hedonistic. Still, the two complement one another well, and whilst they aren't lovers, they do care for one another as good friends.

Scalemaster Gehn: hails from the blessed isle. He is in his mid-40s and is quite average-looking, in height and build, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He is very businesslike in his demeanor, and only rearely opens up to other people. He is married with child, and his wife currently resides in the Imperial City.

Scalemaster Yarna: The elder of the two brothers, Yarna hails from the northern town of Gethamane. He was recruited into the legions 10 years previous, and has fought in numerous battles. He has blond hair and cold grey eyes, lendign him a frosty air. He is also big at 6 foot 7 inches and nearly 250 pounds, and rather humorless in his disposition, a cold fish.

Fanglord Karna is Yarna's younger brother. He joined the legions 3 years after Yarna, and got assigned to the same talon as the elder brother by sheer fluke. He's only slightly smaller than Yarna, at 6'5" and 230 pounds, but is far more good-natured than the elder, and has a reputation amongst the men as a bit of a womanizer.
